WordsmithResource is the parent and founding organization behind V.O.I.C.E. Hall.
For years, WordsmithResource has operated at the intersection of:
- Supporting and promoting professional underdogs
- Giving employees, who are all too often ignored and overlooked, a voice
- Celebrating what every employee brings to the table, and
- Acknowledging that there is no organizational success without employees - ALL employees.
V.O.I.C.E. Hall emerged organically from this belief and behavior—not as a pivot, but as a natural evolution: a permanent, public-facing space where employee voices are not just analyzed or consulted, but heard, archived, honored, and preserved.
The employee is the central force of organizational success.
